Fresh Warapa is an independent band of Venezuelan origin, based in Madrid but with a Latin soul. The project was born in 2020 with the aim of bringing the flavor of the Caribbean and the freshness of reggae to new horizons. With their unique style and homemade production, they infuse the beauty of psychedelic sounds into every song.

With their debut album “Tropical Esencia” (2022), they joined Anakena as the guest band on their 2023 tour across various venues in Spain, establishing themselves as one of the standout Caribbean pop groups of the moment and gaining recognition on the Iberian Peninsula.

Now, they present “Fresh Warapa” (2024), a self-titled EP that promises to capture your heart, break it, heal it, and repeat the cycle. Featuring five tracks—“Llévame Contigo,” “Tus Ojos,” “Al Mar,” “Olvidarte,” and “Se Me Va”—this EP encapsulates the purest #fresh essence, confirming Fresh Warapa as a reborn project that delivers the same vibes as always with a renewed sound.

After visiting Abbey Road and performing a dream show at London’s National Theatre, they unveiled their EP in September at Sala Siroco in Madrid, repeating the sold-out success they achieved at El Sótano earlier that spring, prior to the EP’s release. Now, they’re set to deliver a fresh show to elevate your vibe at their first festival, Cusica Fest in Venezuela.
